Extra-Easy Spinach Lasagna
Ingredients
- 426 g ricotta cheese
- 284 g frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 225 g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 710 ml Prego® Fresh Mushroom Italian Sauce
- 6 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 60 ml water
Directions
- Mix ricotta cheese, spinach and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Spread 1 cup pasta sauce in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with 3 lasagna noodles and half the spinach mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining pasta sauce. Slowly pour water around inside edges of baking dish. Cover.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes Uncover. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until hot. Let stand 10 minutes.

Upside Down Pizza

Ingredients
455 g lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 g minced garlic
- 448 (16 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
- 115 g shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 80 g grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Brown beef, onion and garlic in a large saucepan over medium high heat. Once browned, drain fat and stir in spaghetti sauce.
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of sauce. Top with 1/2 of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, another layer of sauce and the rest of the cheese. Top with crescent rolls, pinching seams together.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown.

Strawberry Spinach Salad
Ingredients
- 20 g sesame seeds
- 8 g poppy seeds
- 100 g white sugar
- 120 ml olive oil
- 60 ml distilled white vinegar
- 0.6 g paprika
- 1 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 10 g minced onion
- 280 g fresh spinach - rinsed, dried and torn into bite-size pieces
- 615 g strawberries - cleaned, hulled and sliced
- 35 g almonds, blanched and slivered
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and onion. Cover, and chill for one hour.
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, strawberries and almonds. Pour dressing over salad, and toss. Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

Beer Margaritas
1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
- 350 ml tequila
- 350 ml water
- 350 ml beer
- ice
- 5 g lime, cut into wedges
- Directions
- Pour limeade, tequila, water, and beer into a large pitcher. Stir until well-blended, and limeade has melted. Add plenty of ice, and garnish with lime wedges. Adjust with additional water, if needed.

Black Magic Cake
Ingredients
- 220 g all-purpose flour
- 400 g white sugar
- 65 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 9 g baking soda
- 5 g baking powder
- 6 g salt
- 2 eggs
- 235 ml strong brewed coffee
- 235 ml buttermilk
- 120 ml vegetable oil
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 inch round cake pans or one 9x13 inch pan.
- In large bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center.
- Add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Batter will be thin. Pour into prepared pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pans and finish cooling on a wire rack. Fill and frost as desired.
